  1. Put the whole wheat in bowl and cover it with water and leave it for about 7 hours. After 7 hours drain the wheat put it in a pan add 6 cups of water and let it simmer for about 45 minutes or until cooked. Once cooked pour it in the serving dish(dishes) and serve along the garnishes.
  2. PS: you can use whatever you want for the garnish. For example nowadays along with the rest, they are using m&m's and/or other such products.
