Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead until you have a nice smooth dough. Add water or flour if needed. Let rest for an hour.
  2. Meanwhile mix the filling ingredients in a bowl, and set aside until ready for use.
  3. Roll out the dough into 1 cm thick round, spread 1 ½ teaspoons of filling on the dough. Bake in a 180°C preheated oven until lightly browned
