Instructions
  1. Saute the chopped onion in olive oil until they turn transparent. Add the spices, tomato and pepper pastes and stir well. Add the diced tomatoes, lemon juice and Pomegranate molasses,and bring to boil. Turn off the heat, add the bulgur and mix well. Cover pan and let sit for at least 15 minutes. Before serving add the chopped parsley, green onions and stir. Serve with lettuce or fresh vine leaves
