Instructions
  1. Heat the yogurt , add the garlic stir and set aside.
  2. to make the dough mix all the ingredients and knead. Add water as needed, to form a soft dough. Cover and set aside for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Combine and mix well the meat with the onions and spices.
  4. Roll out the dough into 0.5 cm thickness on a floured surface. Cut the dough into 5 cm squares; fill each with 1/2 teaspoon of the filling, Pinch the ends together, leaving the top open to resemble about shape.
  5. Arrange the Mante on a baking dish brushed with olive oil. Bake in a 180°C preheated oven until golden brown.
  6. Serve topped with yogurt sauce, sprinkled with Aleppo pepper and dried mint.
Recipe Notes

OPTIONAL:
In a small saucepan, melt 3 tbsp. butter over medium-low heat, add ½ tsp. crushed dried mint and a dash of Aleppo red pepper. Cook, stirring often, until butter turns golden brown, about 5 minutes. be careful not to burn the butter. Drizzle melted butter over top.
