Instructions
  1. To make the dough, mix all the ingredients and knead well . Set aside to rest for 1 hour.
  2. Meanwhile prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients .
  3. Make 24 balls from the dough and roll out each ball to 15 to 20 cm round and thin breads. Spread 2 tbsp of the filling on each dough. Place them on a greased tray and bake at 180 c oven until its golden brown.
  4. Can be served with grilled eggplants.
