Instructions
  1. To make the dough, mix all the ingredients, add more water or flour if needed to have a nice smooth dough. Let sit for 2 hours. Then divide the dough into 4 and let rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients together and divide it to 4.
  2. Roll out each dough to have a circle of 30 cm diameter and 1 cm thickness, spread the filling and starting at one end, roll up the dough and situate seam side down in a cooking tray greased with oil. Brush with egg-wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on it. Do the same with the rest.
  3. Bake for about an hour on low heat. After it cools down cut it into 2cm equal slices and serve.
